1. Introduction
These Community Standards apply to every renter and host who uses Ullor. By listing gear, requesting a trip, or messaging through the app, you agree to follow these rules. They complement our Safety & Security, Cancellation, and Payments policies and reflect what is already enforced in our product flows.
2. Respectful Communication
Keep all trip coordination inside Ullor messages. Our chat service requires an authenticated session and logs each message with timestamps so we can review conversations if issues arise.
Harassment, discriminatory remarks, and threats are not tolerated. Off-platform payment requests are flagged and may result in account suspension because they remove Stripe’s protections.
3. Prohibited Content & Activities
- Listing stolen, unsafe, or unmaintained equipment.
- Bypassing Ullor payments or sharing payment links outside the platform.
- Sharing personal data (addresses, phone numbers) of other users without consent.
- Uploading malware, spam, or content meant to harass or mislead.
4. Safety & Security Expectations
Secure sessions and OAuth flows protect your account, but you are responsible for meeting in safe locations, verifying gear condition, and following the pickup guidance in our Safety & Security policy. Hosts may request identification at handoff for high-value gear.
5. Enforcement & Consequences
Our moderation tooling is backed by audit trails: reservation states, payouts, and messages are stored in our database so we can review incidents quickly. Depending on severity we may remove listings, pause payout eligibility, or close accounts.
Attempting to create duplicate accounts to evade enforcement or refund policies is prohibited and may trigger additional verification before you can book again.
6. Reporting Concerns
Use the reservation help links or message reporting buttons to flag issues. You can also email support@ullor.com. Provide screenshots, reservation IDs, or payout references so we can investigate quickly.
7. Updates to These Standards
We may revise these Community Standards periodically to address evolving behaviors and threats. We will notify users of significant updates and encourage regular review.
