Trust and Safety on Ullor

Ullor is built for the pickleball and tennis community. We combine encrypted messaging, and payment protections so that every exchange of gear is smooth and secure. Here is how we keep renters and hosts protected.

Verified people, verified gear

All hosts and renters complete email verification and multi-factor Stripe checks before they can transact.

Gear listings include type and model and the host may provide a description of the gear.

Secure messaging and payments

Ullor chat is monitored for safety keywords to prevent off-platform payments. All messages are encrypted at rest and stored on our servers. Keep all communication inside the app so your booking stays eligible.

  • Payments run through Stripe Connect; we never store raw card data.
  • Hosts receive payouts 24 hours after gear is confirmed returned in good condition.

Accident and damage coverage

If something goes wrong, document the issue within 24 hours via the reservation detail page. Provide photos and a description so our support team can review. We coordinate between renter and host to determine a fair resolution that accounts for depreciation and repair quotes.

Respect the gear guidelines listed in the booking confirmation to stay covered.

Community guidelines

We expect everyone to:

  • Show up on time and communicate delays quickly.
  • Return equipment clean and ready for the next adventure.
  • Use all required safety gear.
  • Report unsafe behavior or gear issues to support@ullor.com.

Violations may result in account holds or removal from the platform.
