Listing Your Gear on Ullor

Share your boards, boats, or bikes with verified riders. This guide walks through the listing workflow, payout setup, and tips that help you stay booked while protecting your equipment.

1. Complete host onboarding

Visit Start Hosting from the navigation and walk through the onboarding checklist. We partner with Stripe Connect for identity verification and payouts. Make sure your legal name and routing information match your government ID so Stripe can approve your account without delays.

2. Create a standout listing

From your host dashboard choose New Listing, then add details about the gear, availability, and pickup logistics.

  • Upload at least four high-resolution photos that showcase condition and add-ons.
  • Highlight what is included (boots, repair kits, roof racks) so guests know what to pack.
  • Use the availability calendar to block off maintenance windows and personal trips. Ullor's timeline view instantly updates to prevent double-booking.

3. Price with confidence

Set a base nightly rate and optional security deposit. Our pricing preview shows what renters pay after taxes and service fees so you can find the sweet spot. Adjust the weekend and holiday multipliers to match demand in your area.

When in doubt, browse similar listings nearby to benchmark. You can always update pricing later; changes take effect immediately for future reservations.

4. Manage requests quickly

Ullor notifies you by email and push (if enabled) as soon as a renter requests your gear. Respond within 24 hours to maintain a high acceptance score.

  • Use in-app chat to confirm pickup times, meeting spots, and rider experience.
  • Need more info? Send a pre-reservation checklist via chat before approving.
  • Decline requests that do not align with your policies to protect your rating.

5. Handoffs and returns

Meet the renter at the agreed location. Scan their photo ID, walk through safety features, and capture pre-trip photos in the app. After the gear returns, inspect it together and submit any incident reports from Reservations > Completed.

Keeping notes on each rental helps you spot wear patterns and schedule tune-ups before the next adventure.

Pro tip

Add an optional add-on fee for delivery or waxing. Hosts who offer clear add-ons see higher conversion because riders can tailor the rental to their trip.
