Understanding Ullor Cancellation Policies

Life happens. This guide outlines how cancellations work on Ullor, what hosts can set as their policy, and what you should expect when you need to change or cancel a reservation.

Where to find a listing's policy

Every listing displays its cancellation policy in the details sidebar and again on the checkout confirmation screen. Hosts choose from Ullor's standard policy templates—Flexible, Moderate, or Firm—so you know exactly how far in advance you need to cancel for a full refund.

Policy types at a glance

  • Flexible: Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
  • Moderate: Cancel up to 3 days before pickup for a full refund; 50% refund within 72 hours.
  • Firm: Cancel up to 7 days before pickup for a full refund; within 7 days the reservation is non-refundable.

Service fees are always refunded when you cancel before the penalty window. After the deadline passes, fees are returned only if the host agrees.

How to cancel a reservation

  1. Go to Profile > Reservations.
  2. Select the upcoming trip you want to change.
  3. Click Cancel reservation and confirm the prompts.

We send a confirmation email with your refund amount and expected payout timeline. Refunds typically process back to your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Need to modify instead?

If you only need different dates or riders, message the host through Ullor chat before canceling. Hosts can adjust the reservation in their dashboard so you keep your spot and avoid fees. Any changes are covered by the same policy window that applied to the original dates.

When hosts cancel

In the rare case a host needs to cancel, you receive a full refund automatically. We also prioritize your new booking request so you can get back on the water, trail, or slopes as soon as possible. Repeated host cancellations impact their status on Ullor, so let us know if it happens more than once.

Tip for riders

Set a calendar reminder 48 hours before pickup. You can still cancel or adjust within the window and avoid fees if weather or travel plans change.
